Dog & Cat Sitting Services

All above rates are for services completed in Corvallis. If you are farther out of a town, ex. Philomath or Lewisberg, a $10 per trip Travel Fee may be added to your invoice. At this time we do not offer services to Albany, Oregon.

Payment must be received in full before the stay in order to confirm a booking. 

For regular dog walking clients, services are billed at the end of each month.

An invoice via Quickbooks will be emailed to you and you can pay online via credit card, bank transfer, e-check or cash (in person.) If paying via credit card a 2.5% convenience fee is added. There is no extra fee for paying with cash or check.

Corvallis Pet Care reserves the right to refuse service to any dog at any time for any reason.

For Boarding & Daycare: A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm one week before the service begins. If cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.

For Drop-ins: A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm the day before the service begins. If cancelled later than 12pm the day before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.

Puppy rates apply to dogs under 1 year old.

Due to the high demand of pet sitting during the holiday season, stays that include any of the following dates will be priced at the holiday rate:

Martin Luther King Day: Jan 13 - 16

Presidents' Day: Feb 17 - 20

Memorial Day: May 26 - 29

4th of July: June 30 - July 4

Labor Day: Sep 1 - 4

Thanksgiving: Nov 23 - 26

Christmas and New Year's Day: Dec 22 - Jan 1

This policy is designed to keep your dog safe during boarding and daycare. I understand that all animals have specific needs and I will go over all of this information at the meet n' greet.

• Dogs will be crated or behind a pet gate when left alone.
• Dogs MUST NOT be destructive or bark excessively.
• Dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive and gentle with other dogs, including small dogs. 
• Dogs will be fed separately.
• Dogs will ALWAYS be leashed on walks. If your dog is highly reactive or excessively pulls on the leash, their walks may limited or discontinued.
• Dogs MUST be fully vaccinated (Rabies, DHL/DHP, Bordetella) dewormed, treated for fleas and be in good health.
• If your dog has a cough, diarrhea, fleas or worms they will NOT be admitted for boarding. 
• A practice overnight boarding is required for all new dogs. The cost is one night of boarding whether your dog stays the night or not. Dog parents agree to be available to pick up dog at any time if dogs is distressed, vocalizing or aggressive, etc.
