Pet Care Services

Payment must be received in full before the stay in order to confirm a booking. Half the payment is due at the time of booking and the balance is due up to one week before the stay.

Cash, checks and paypal are accepted. 

NO BOOKING FEES.

For Boarding & Daycare: A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm one week before the service begins. If cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.

For Drop-ins: A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm the day before the service begins. If canceled later than 12pm the day before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.

Puppy rates apply to dogs under 1 year old.

Due to the high demand of pet sitting during the holiday season, stays that include any of the following dates will be priced at the holiday rate: 

Christmas & New Years 12/22/20 - 1/4/21

Martin Luther King Jr Day 1/15/21-1/18/21

President's Day 2/12/21 - 2/15/21

Memorial Day 5/28/21-5/31/21

4th of July 7/2/21 - 7/5/21

Labor Day 9/3/21 - 9/6/21

Indigenous Peoples' Day 10/8/21 -10/11/21

Thanksgiving 11/24/21-11/28/21

Christmas & New Years 12/23/21-1/2/22

This policy is designed to keep your dog safe during boarding and daycare. I understand that all animals have specific needs and I will go over all of this information at the meet n' greet.

• Dogs will be crated or behind pet gate when left alone. 
• Dogs will be fed separately.
• Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed. (Exceptions may apply for smaller breeds.) 
• Dogs will ALWAYS be leashed on walks. (Exceptions may apply.)
• Dogs will NOT visit dog run for safety/sanitary reasons.
• Dogs MUST be fully vaccinated, dewormed and treated for fleas. A Bordatella vaccination (Kennel Cough) is recommended.
