What pet sitting services do you offer?

- We DO NOT offer overnight pet sitting in your home.
What areas do you service in Corvallis?
- Corvallis (primary service area)
- Lewisburg (additional travel fee)
- Philomath (additional travel fee)
- We do not service Albany at this time.
Why should I trust your pet sitters?
Every member of our team:
- Completes professional skills training
- Passes a criminal background check
- Passes a drug test (including THC)
- Is licensed, bonded, and insured
How do you access my home?
All clients must provide:
- A lockbox with key OR keyless entry code
- Secondary access method (neighbor with key, garage code, etc.)
What are your dog walking options?
- 30-minute walk
- 60-minute wal
- Walks occur rain or shine
What are your dog walking policies?
- Dogs must remain leashed at all times
- No off-leash areas or dog parks
- No greetings with strange dogs or humans
- Positive reinforcement methods only
- No shock, prong, or choke collars
- Gentle methods including praise and treats
What equipment is required?
Your dog must have:
- ID tags
- Collar/harness
- Leash (minimum 6ft)
- Treats in a separate treat pouch
- Front clip harness or gentle leader (if needed)
What are the available times?
- Morning: 8am-10am
- Afternoon: 11am-2pm
- Evening: 4pm-6pm
Can you walk my reactive or aggressive dog?
- Dogs must walk calmly and gently on leash
- Excessive pulling or reactivity may need assessment
- We can discuss training protocols and tools for safety
- Each dog is evaluated individually

What's included in a pet sitting visit?
- Feeding and fresh water
- Litter box cleaning

- Indoor/outdoor plant watering
- Mail/package collection
- Photo updates after each visit
What about outdoor pets?
- Cats must remain indoors during service period
- Dogs allowed out for potty breaks only (leashed or in secure yard)
- We do not supervise outdoor-only pets

We offer holistic, relationship-based dog training with certified trainer Jen G. Pywell (CPDT-KA, FDM, HDT). Our approach is customized to each dog and family, creating training plans that are realistic, effective, and easy to implement.

How do holiday services differ?
Pet Sitting:
- Visits shortened to 20/40 minutes
- Higher rates apply
- 50% non-refundable deposit required
- Full payment due before services begin
Dog Walking:
- Regular rates and duration apply
- Standard cancellation policy applies
When are payments due?
Regular Services:
- Last day of service month
- 3% convenience fee for online payments
- Cash/check payments available (no convenience fee)
Holiday Pet Sitting:
- Payment due in full before services begin
- 50% non-refundable deposit required
What is your cancellation policy?
Regular Dog Walking:
- Full refund if canceled by 12:00pm day before
- 50% refund if canceled later
Regular Pet Sitting:
- Full refund if canceled by 12:00pm day before
- 50% refund for first 7 days if canceled later
- 100% refund for additional days
Holiday Pet Sitting:
- 50% non-refundable deposit
- 50% refund if canceled one week prior
- No refund if canceled less than one week prior

- Provide home access details
- Notify regular veterinarian
- Register with Willamette Veterinary Hospital as backup
For Dog Walking:
- Complimentary meet & greet (required)
- Current rabies vaccination records
- Required equipment ready
For Pet Sitting:
- Optional complimentary first meet & greet
- Additional meet & greets $20
- Pet care instructions documented
